Biography: Maria Estevez is a Spanish writer who launched her career in 1995 writing for the magazine Tiempo. In 1997 she moved to California to work as a correspondent writer for the Spanish editions of Vogue, Glamour, and GQ. During the next two decades, her writing concentrated around the movie industry with reviews, interviews, and creative content designed to the magic of movies. In 2012, she wrote her first book, the biography of Pastora Imperio, about an artist ahead of her time. In 2016 she published her first novel, Tu Maldita Voz en mi Memoria and this year will be publishing her second one. Adapting a book into a movie at this very moment, Maria keeps writing for the Newspapers Metro and ABC and is the correspondent in Los Angeles for the Spanish Network La Sexta.
