Biography: Fascinated by the grand scope and magic movies provide, Luis Lecca couldn’t stop wanting to become a part of them.
In 1977, at the age of 4, he was introduced to Star Wars: A New Hope by his mom and has been watching the films from that franchise on a loop ever since.
In the 1990s, Lecca worked with several radio stations and shows in Los Angeles such as Power Tools, Power 106, B 100.3, and Groove 103.1 to name a few. He was always considered among the nerdiest at the stations because of his love and obsession with movies, TV shows, and comic book heroes such as Superman.
In 2008, Lecca decided he wanted to start his own entertainment network so he founded Nuke The Fridge. The name was inspired by Indiana Jones And The Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.
