Biography: Kiko Martinez was born, raised, and currently lives in San Antonio, Texas. He earned his degree in journalism in 2003. Since then, Kiko has written about film and TV for several outlets across the U.S., including Variety magazine, Remezcla, Tribeca Film, San Antonio Current, News4SA (NBC affiliate), and Texas Public Radio, among others. Kiko is a member of the Critics Choice Association, Houston Film Critics Society, Online Film Critics Society, and is a founding member of the Latino Entertainment Journalists Association. He is also a certified film critic at RottenTomatoes.com. Kiko’s favorite film of all time is Paul Thomas Anderson’s 1999 drama Magnolia. He hopes to sit down one day with PTA and talk about frogs.
